By accessing or using PaymentFast ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
PaymentFast Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates PaymentFast. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting us at support@paymentfast.com.
A valid payment method is required to process payments for your Subscription. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.
We use third-party payment processors to process payments. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Your payment information is processed by our payment processor in accordance with their privacy policy and terms.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for payment of all taxes associated with your purchase.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next Billing Cycle following the date of the price change.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current Billing Cycle.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@paymentfast.com within 7 days of your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that are made after 7 days of the original purchase date or for services that have been actively used.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PaymentFast Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or refuse to post any User Content for any reason. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order.
You acknowledge that we have no obligation to pre-screen User Content, but we have the right to refuse or remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PaymentFast Inc..
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content or services.

We collect and analyze data about how you use the Service to improve our offerings and provide you with a better experience. This includes usage statistics, feature interactions, and performance metrics.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Service is with you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYMENTFAST INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing use of the Service or contacting us at support@paymentfast.com.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PaymentFast Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration, except that each party shall have the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms when changes are made.
